  • smiling more
  • talking to someone new
  • getting your sleep schedule on track
  • setting your alarm 30mins earlier
  • carrying a bottle of water with you when you go out
  • write a grocery list and don’t go grocery shopping while hungry
  • saying ‘thank you’
